The structure of this site is a nonsense. There is a self serving inwardly focused content and the navigation makes no sense to the reader. Who goes to a website in search of video or media? We look for stories with meaning.
To index a site by video/audio and photo is the same as indexing books in a library by thickness.

Nice layout, branding strong, looks almost like a cross between a blog social network which will be familiar for a younger web audience.
